See a client's activity in the app

A client’s page shows how the client uses the CopingCard app. You see it when the client allows you to view their data. It is a record you open, not a live feed: the page shows what has been recorded when you open it or click Refresh. CopingCard does not watch or flag what clients write.

Open the page from Clients: see Find a client and open their page.

Section Shows
General Info The client’s ID, name and e-mail address.
Review Sessions The review sessions with this client: Started, Ended, Duration, Ended by and By. A session that is still running shows Running. Ended by is Therapist when the therapist ended it, or Idle timeout when it ended by itself.
App Usage Info Account Created, Coping Cards Created, Enabled Time-based Reminders and Enabled Location-based Reminders.
App Usage Graphs Coping Cards Viewed and Meditations Listened, over time.
Notifications Usage Graphs Time-based Reminders Usage and Geolocation Notifications Usage: how many notifications were triggered and how many cards were viewed.
PHQ-9 and GAD-7 history The client’s PHQ-9 and GAD-7 results over time, one chart for each.
Crisis Section Usage Crisis Section Usage History: a chart of how often the client used the app’s Crisis section: opened one of its cards, called a hotline or opened a support link listed there, or played its relaxation video. Opening the section alone is not counted.

Click Activity Calendar at the top of the client’s page. A calendar opens, by month or by year. Choose Client Activity or Therapist Activity.

  • Client Activity marks the days on which the client used the app, and counts them as Days with data.
  • Therapist Activity shows your own activity on this client, recorded as you use the portal. It shows the time you spent. Two boxes, Include Off-session Activities and Include Activities during Sessions, choose which of your time is counted.
  • Click Add Activity Manually to add time you spent outside the portal: choose the Activity Start and End Date and Time and the Manually Entered Activity: Phone Call, Video/Telehealth Call, Text Message/Chat or Email.

Click Activity Log to open the list of entries for the calendar you chose. It is grouped by date. You can sort it and copy it to the clipboard.

A review session is a stretch of time in which you review a client’s data. To start one, choose the client under Filter by Client in the header and click Start Review Session. The button changes to End Review Session while it runs. If you forget to end it, it ends by itself after a while, and the table shows Idle timeout.
